mark mckinney | lead pastor
Mark loves using his Weber charcoal grill, Blackstone griddle, and a smoker for cooking his favorite food. He loves living near the trails in the Santa Monica mountains and his neighborhood. Married to Michelle for 26 years has been a fantastic journey, including the adoption of their four children. In 2014 they spent time in Las Vegas, where God developed a passion for making disciples in Mark. Then in 2017, they were called to Ventura County to start a movement for the lost and fatherless through disciple-making.
RUDY HAGOOD | Executive PASTOR
Rudy loves taking drives with his wife Osharye. He is passionate about the LA Dodgers. And nerds out on the Bible, movies, and (you guessed it) Star Wars. He has 7 kids and a whole lot of grandbabies!
Michelle Mckinney | Kids director
Michelle and Mark have been married 26 years and chose to start their family through international adoption. One adoption turned into 4 - from Taiwan, Vietnam and the Dominican Republic. Raising her amazing kids, she’s experienced the battles of IEPs, insurance woes, numerous developmental evaluations, therapies of all kinds and the lonely road of being a special needs mom. Through all the struggles, the toughest pain came from churches not understanding her kids’ behaviors. Because of this, she’s grown a heart for other marginalized families and desires to build a church who accepts others right where they are.
